I joined SAMWA in 1997 as an umbrella sewing employee, and was promoted to supervisor of the umbrella sewing department and assistant to the supervisor of the packing and inspection departments. I was formally promoted to the supervisor of the back section of the production line in 2005. As I have been working on the production line for many years, I know every process of umbrella making very well. Thanks to the company's reuse, I was formally appointed to the post of factory manager in 2016. Employees affectionately call me "Auntie Li", SAMWA is like a big family, where problems arise, they will come to seek my advice, I am very grateful to be able to get everyone's trust.

I joined the company in 2002 as a quality control employee. During this period, I have accumulated working experience and I was promoted to warehouse supervisor within two years. Without realizing it, I have been managing the warehouse for 19 years, dealing with materials every day. Clear accounts to ensure the orderly entry and exit of materials in the warehouse, I can not allow the warehouse to have a little mess, which is a habit developed over the years, SAMWA is my second home, I have to take this "home" good.

I joined the Cutting Department in 2008 when I was just 18 years old, and when everyone thought I couldn't make it, I stuck it out until now, which has been 15 years. Although the cutting work was not smooth at the beginning, there were many situations and problems occurred, thanks to the supervisor bit by bit like a parent patiently teach me, I also improve and learn from it, cutting is the first production process, I know that every cut I cut will affect the progress of the latter process, it is precisely because of this heavy responsibility to achieve my growth.

I was "cheated" by the then factory manager when I joined the company in 2005, but I didn't realize that this cheating is cheating me for 18 years. It seems to be working with my family every day, even sometimes dreaming of checking the umbrella, I hope the company is getting better and better, more and more orders, so that I have to work every day is the best.

I joined the sewing department in 2016, and because my sewing ability was recognized, I was assigned to the most complicated sewing machine when I joined the company. I will seriously deal with both ordinary sewing and complex umbrella design, and the only goal I have to achieve at SAMWA is to have my products recognized by the supervisor and the customers. I am the least senior in the department, so I have to learn more from my seniors.

I joined the assembly department in 2010, although the work of assembly is monotonous, but the simple work is repeated and the repeated work is done by heart is my attitude. I have been with the old factory to the new factory, and in these 13 years, I have become a family member with my colleagues, supervisors and factory manager. What touched me most was that when my family had an accident and needed money urgently, the company lent me money without saying a word to get through the difficulties. The company's humanistic care for employees makes me feel very warm.
